Refund policy

Every Parmeshwara poshak is handcrafted and prepared for a specific idol size, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size selection. Please measure your idol from base to crown before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery at shyam@trendmint.co.in or WhatsApp +91 82998 69017 with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. After checking, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI.
